Suggestions for improvement
- Quit changing norms and expectations without informing the employees. Hiring someone just because they appear to have been successful in with other employees is not a sound practice. Top leadership would benefit from not trying to be exactly like the competitor, but rather, using what has worked in the past. Company integrity should not be compromised at the whim of one person.

Trusted reputation and name is well known in the home building market.
