Support from management
Some managers were very supportive and would seek to mentor while others were less knowledgeable in growing the team through positive reinforcement and knowing how to work with each team member as an individual who learn differently.
Most team members are open to collaboration.
Freedom to work independently
This varied by manager and level of experience.
Reorgs and changes in management structure over the course of 3 3/4 years made it impossible to achieve career advancement with many attempts thwarted midway by structural churn. Having 5 different managers in less than 4 years impacted ability to achieve and surpass goals.
Flex hours and work from home opportunity made it possible to have a good balance.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remember what its like working towards a career advancement and consider the impact on an employee when that is impacted by changes beyond their control.

What I dislike about the company
The rah rah speeches about how you can rise to challenges and achieve your career goals when the higher ups that make the decision don't even know you beyond an employee I.D.
