The company does not reward regular employees for their hard work, but upper management gets ALL the reward. They are taken on trips to the Bahamas, honeymoons paid for, and large Christmas bonuses. Last Christmas 2 in upper management split a $64,000 commission check, while everyone else got $0 for Christmas bonus.
Support from management
The company's upper management Takes care of their own and other employees are treated as outcast. All co-workers I worked with are now retired or found other jobs.
The teamwork from the regular employees was good, but no respect, congratulations, or reward from upper management.
There are 2 factions there. The "In's" and the "Outcast" . Only 3 people make up the "In's"; that means everyone else is an outcast.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay is Ok, but I make more now. You don't get paid for overtime. Medical insurance is the only benefit; no dental, vision, 401k, long term or short term disability.
Office / Work Environment
They do not have a company employee handbook so that there are set guidelines. The rules can change day to day, week to week. You will not know if you are getting a holiday off until the end of the day before the holiday.
If you are hired for a position, you will be ok until the task is complete. Once they no longer need you, say goodbye to your job.

- Implement an employee handbook. Treat everyone equal and with respect.
