I don't think they know what their culture is because they are very inconsistent.
Support from management
They support the employer and only support the employee to their face.
The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
Freedom to work independently
Not allowed! Tell them you're looking and they say you aren't working for them.
You have to ask the questions, they offer nothing.
They seem to specialize in positions for men....very few female positions.
Attitude towards older colleagues
It was admitted to me that they go along with the employers request for specific age employees.
This is something they don't really care about.
Overall compensation for your work
Depends on the position they send you on. They pay extremely low on some positions.
Office / Work Environment
Have no idea
You have a life but no money as they don't have enough positions to keep clerical busy.
They look good.
There is none as they don't have enough positions to send you on. You could be out of a position until another come along.
Have never noticed
Never noticed anything wrong when there
Inclusive / Diverse
A better name would be Hughes Resources Labor Force. They seem to specialize in labor positions only.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest that they study different fields so that they know what they do....Employee people who are knowledgeable in different fields so that they can adequately place people. Another words, learn the product! I would also suggest that they state facts and don't stray from them for their advantage....This is bad and word spreads.
What I like about the company
Can work in different fields if an when they have positions.
What I dislike about the company
Not enough positions other than labor. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, or in this case saying. The truth isn't always told. One minute they understand and agree with you and the next minute they will say what is needed to keep their business with the company they get employees for. They go along with companies request for certain age groups.
