Support from management

Management has no sense in direction, nor the best interests with their employee

Teamwork

Teamwork has diminished due to the lack of vision within all departments

Career Development

They promise career advancements but will never promotors from within. This is mainly due to "you're too valuable" where you are mentality and they do not shy away from telling you this

Overall compensation for your work

This is diminishing rather quickly. Wages and pay raises are based on what they "feel" you deserve based on imaginary data on your workmanship, but never actually take the time to actually mentor or asses employee workmanship

Work-Life Balance

They will constantly change your schedule or give unnecessary "mandatory" overtime

Suggestions for improvement

• Take criticism and opinions of employees more serious. Management should learn to be more trustworthy and reliable to further improve the future of this company.

Lack of leadership, lack of communication, no sense in direction, the hope of "promises" and biggest one by far! No career advancement opportunities
