Suggestions for improvement
- Promotions should be for those that get their work done and take seniority into account
Leadership deliberately avoided talking to me.
Mandatory overtime. 12 hour days every day of the week.
Everyone in the organization is constantly threatened with being fired. It's their way of motivating people.
They treat temp help as outsiders that do not matter, and make promises that they have no intention of honoring. Even permanent employees would be berated in front of other employees.
