While the company mission statement is amazing, it is not embraced and commended by senior leadership to the teams on sites.
Support from management
While working daily to achieve the company's mission is rewarding there is a lack of clarity and communication throughout the company and from senior leadership to their teams.
Direct site teamwork is outstanding and there is a true family feeling while achieving goals and our mission however this is lacking from senior leadership.
While communication on the site level is a daily sharing of knowledge and ideas, this is not reciprocated by company leadership.
Office / Work Environment
These are sufficient
This is the main reason I am no longer working for the company despite my love and passion for our mission. The expectation to work 70 plus hours per week with little support from senior leadership puts a strain on family health, employee health and employee happiness.
The employees do not feel secure in their jobs due to lack of training, communication and disconnect from senior leadership
Inclusive / Diverse
There is not a support system for new ideas or thinking outside the box.

What I like about the company
The ability to be part of a mission to provide a positive experience and quality of living for our military families.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication and training, nonsupport of employees.
