Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees like people, even your temp workers. They are not a disposable commodity. They are real people that work to support real families. Have a little empathy.
I like about the employer
They supply all tools needed for the jobs.
I dislike about the employer
when they tell you mandatory overtime, they mean it. Miss overtime shifts, you're gone. If you get injured on the job, make sure it's well documented. You will be terminated eventually anyway, but the documentation could get you another month of employment. The only person that kept their job after being injured in the year that I was there was in a management position. Light duty? NO. They don't believe in it.
