Leadership does not provide expectations, nor do they value opinions/suggestions from employees.
Employees are very cliquey and the environment is unfortunately very accepting of foul language and talk which is very demeaning to others in the office.
Level of Autonomy
Many (capable/intelligent) employees are held back and have a very light workload as if they are not trusted to perform a job well done. As a result, many employees are very bored.
