Department Executive leadership
Culture is talked about at the executive level but the decisions that are made do not reflect that culture discussion. If is all about the cost and driving the stock price.
Support from Management
The bank holding company has no idea how to maximize the expertise of the insurance division.
Positions are eliminated every 2-3 years due to a new "restructuring" plan.
Suggestions for improvement
- Let the insurance division operate as a brokerage company not a Bank division. The philosophy between each are in contrast so trying to operate them the same drains the insurance side culture.
