Was promised greater responsibility. Was relegated to the pit where my real ability was not used by either me or the company. Not given any reason.
Support from Management
Never met manager. He never introduced himself. Operations manager is self centered and detached from staff.
Staff tend to assist each other and pick up slack.

None. You do what you're told, when you're told, how you're told. This is the Huntington way.
