Suggestions for improvement
- More communication between supervisor and employees I usually was told that my student did not come when I came in, benefits, full compensation when a student does not come because after all we come to work in good faith expecting to work with our students..
What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company
This is a tutoring Agency if a student does not come for a session you will not be paid,. But, I found out from a colleague that if you waited for the student for a for a small amount of time that you will be paid for the time you waited, We were also told that it was mandatory that you had to watch training videos and I told that I would not be paid for doing so but again another employee told me that you do get paid and I did get compensated but only because my supervisor over heard them, There are no benefits, There is no real communication between employee and supervisors unless initiated by the employee. but we are usually told that she is too busy and does not have time to talk. There is constant miscommunication between employees and supervisors in regards to task delegations.
