A culture of inclusion and no accountability. Very weak pandering middle tier leadership which leads upper management into a false sense of security.
Support from Management
It's rare. It seemed to me that the majority of them hadn't heard of commonsense actions that ensure high morale and increase the odds of winning. They never gave me the impression they wanted me or anyone else to succeed. The mantra was grind it out and get it done, come back tomorrow and do it all again.
