The Hunton culture responds well to bright individuals who are willing to make work their top priority.
Support from management
Expectations were clear. But support for advancement was severely lacking for staff.
There was no clear path for career development for staff. Hunton would benefit from having a dedicated staff advocate/liaison
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits were really great here. Hard to make a great pay check as staff unless you're working a lot of overtime.
Office / Work Environment
The office is located in a great building downtown, and the offices are nice. There is also a cafeteria on the top floor which is convenient. Note that parking is $100/month, which is something that should be communicated when extending an offer
Hunton was ok with this as long as things were slow. If something came up during a busy time, they might try to accommodate at the moment, but it felt tense.

Great offices, benefits, and reputation.
What I dislike about the company
No clear path or support for career advancement for staff. Sort of felt stuck in your practice group and role. Not much interaction with folks outside of your practice group
