- Communicate, let staff know what they can do to keep their job when work slows down, before they are laid off.
I like about the employer
Lots of administrative support, virtually a department to handle every job aspect. Great IT support, pleasant coworkers willing to pitch in. Very generous benefits, especially paid time off
I dislike about the employer
No job security, very poor communication with HR and poor communication in general. Make excuses for unacceptable and demeaning attorney behavior.
