Suggestions for improvement
- HH is reluctant to pay staff competitive wages. One RN reported, "The only way to get ahead is to leave and come back."
Leadership does not support the employees and do not offer much of an opportunity to move up.
For the IT field it is a dead end job. The chances of moving up are very remote. They also give very poor raises. Sometimes no raises at all. Employees are not rewarded for hard work.
The insurance is actually pretty expensive and not that good. In fact is the worst insurance I've ever had. They also dock you an hour of vacation for every day you take off. Basically you're changed 9 hours to take off 8 hours. The first place they look to save money is to cut employee benefits.
