- Be better. Remove most of the people in leadership, because they're bad at what they do.

What I dislike about the company
Look, if you're a white person, you're going to read this and think I'm angry because I didn't have the drive it takes to get ahead, or maybe I just wasn't talented; but I'm writing this from my much better job in another country, so I won't even spend the time talking to you. But young, black talented people, talented poc, don't even bother unless you really need the money. They will tell you all manner of lies about how easily you can advance during orientation, and they will make it seem like they want you to develop so they can use your skills and help you grow, and I'm telling you now, for most of you, no such thing will take place. Most of you, (particularly if they don't think you are attractive) will be used for manual labor, and management will blatantly lie to you about opportunities for advancement. They will make many hiring decisions arbitrarily, with no thought for group cohesion or fairness. It will be a terrible experience unless you're just there to get what you need and keep moving. It's just not good.
