Unrealistic targets, except for the ones on your back. Someone is always on the chopping block, which creates a culture of fear and backstabbing.
Don't turn your back on your co-workers. Everyone is trying to not be the guy with the target on their back.
Way more meetings than are necessary makes it difficult to complete assigned tasking.
