- Hydra-Flex, Inc.12.Nov 2015
High turnover. 60% within the first year. Be prepared, and be on the lookout for other opportunities.
Support from management
Unrealistic targets, except for the ones on your back. Someone is always on the chopping block, which creates a culture of fear and backstabbing.
Don't turn your back on your co-workers. Everyone is trying to not be the guy with the target on their back.
Way more meetings than are necessary makes it difficult to complete assigned tasking.
Positive feedback does exist, but negative feedback is the norm.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are good, but the benefits are minimal. No 401k plan offered.
Work hours are nice, but getting sick or having family issues is the fast way to end up with a target on your back.
Nobody leaves this place on good terms.
Three or four positions, out of several dozen, are stable. The rest are all expendable.
Modest accomodations have been made to help a disabled employee work from home.
Fantastic products, lots of opportunity for making a difference.
