The people i worked with were great management sucked. They would never keep you involved in anything that was going on.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would give all management, management training, teach them they cant scream and yell obscenities at workers to make them work harder or when scolding them. Give them sensitivity training, anger management training. Human being training they treat you like a child and like you are stupid. They make it WELL known everyone is replaceable except for them and tell you as often as they can.
What I like about the company
The people there were great. Job was easy enough you could switch shifts anytime you wanted as long as there was a position.
What I dislike about the company
Management needs to communicate better. They would never tell you what was going on or if we had to work overtime or extra days until the end of your shift the day before. If there were changes made it made it to first shift the day of second and third well whenever they felt like telling them about it they would. They needed to listen to the people on the floor when they made changes as to whether it was gonna work like they wanted. Everything looks good on paper but not always at the machine. They made unreasonable totals that an operator should be able to make in a night. Yes the machine can cut that much in a night but you have breaks, lunches, and machine issues or cutting issues which would almost always make it unattainable and you would get in trouble for not making rate.
