Company culture is who can do the least amount of work and who can run and tell on others the fastest to get recognition. The company culture is a "snitch environment" to make your self look good.
Support from management
Lacks leadership on all levels. The executives do nothing but sit around talking about who to fire next. Lacks leadership and competent executives. Company would not exist without the owner being a millionaire to buy shelf space. The executives are clueless to the beverage industry.
No teamwork at all. The managers that have been there the longest deligate all their work onto others. Absolutely no teamwork, it's a dog eat dog mentality.
Only communication is if you are being told on or telling on somebody. Communication doesn't exist because they lack leadership and competent mangers and executives. If you disagree you will be dogged and almost made fun of.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Scared of being out done. Surrounded by a bunch of "yes men/women" nobody has a real voice. Dog eat dog mentality.
Overall compensation for your work
No benifits. They will give you a salary position and expect you to work 100 hours a week. No insurance, no nothing except a paycheck that should be double for the amount of hours you work.
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions are great, when you get to drive a company vehicle.
No work-life balance. The executives are to scared of losing their jobs forcing employees to work in the snow/ice. They do not care about your family and they specifically will tell you not talk about your family. Anything outside of work means nothing to them.
Absolutely no job security. The managers will even tell you they could do your work. And if they can't they will "use the owners money"
The work is challenging because you never know who is going to snitch on you. You are constantly scared because of jealous employees/managers thinking you are out doing them. It's the most ridiculous place I have ever worked at.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire competent leaders and liars and known theives. Don't hire "yes men" hire somebody that really cares and knows how to expand the business without using and blowing all your money in the mean time.
What I like about the company
Making sales and meeting new people.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of communication, leadership, and competent people. The culture is completely surrounded by snitching. The company wouldn't exist if the owner didn't have millions of dollars to blow on shelf space for drinks nobody buys.
