Functional groups are often pitted against each other.
There is little room for advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
Hytrol is not known for paying that well.
THe company requires too much of my time.
As stable as it can be when working for someone else.
Suggestions for improvement
- The bonus structure/program needs to be redone. Last year was a good year overall for the company, but the bonus was one of the worst that I ever received. We worked alot of hours to support the 2018 sales, but at the end of the year, only the directors and VPs were rewarded for the results.
What I like about the company
I like most of the people that I work with.
What I dislike about the company
The current management team is out of touch with the everyday employee. The compensation structure also benefits a few people at the top, but the majority of people do not get the same rewards. I personally do not feel very appreciated or valued by my employer.
