It's a fast pace with changing parameters and requirements. Employees are expected to be able to change directions all the time. It's a little chaotic
Support from Management
There is a top down approach. Feedback upwards is not really utilized. Targets are constantly getting moved out beyond reach as an incentive but it doesn't really work like an incentive because bar constantly changing.
