Suggestions for improvement
- Pay people better for what they have to do. Schedule enough people to do the jobs so all the work is not dumped in a few good workers. Provide Benefits. Stop hiring people as "Part Time" by keeping them just shy of a couple hrs for full-time just to get Out of paying benefits. Provide free lunch and drinks.. esp. drinks.. and Allow them to take breaks they deserve. Upper Management should know how to Do All jobs in every department.
What I like about the company
My customers loved me because I knew all of them by their first name and not a number. They still recognize and hug me when they see me. I loved my customers.. and the people I worked with. Time went fast cuz Job was stressful and you had to be able to think and work Quickly and smoothly under tremendous stress and time deadlines.. but I functioned best under stress..
What I dislike about the company
Working long hours with NO Breaks.. or lunch. Always working shorthanded with not enough people to cover all the work.. having to cover for lack of staff and mess-ups. Never being able to keep my days off cuz I got called into work all the time. No Benefits. Not enough pay for the amount of work I had to do in a small amount of time with not enough help. Lack of care or Understanding from Upper Management. Severe injuries from having to climb to reach supplies or to lift things that were too heavy for me.. cuz no one was there to help and it Had to be Done in order to provide services to our customers. Now have to live with chronic severe pain from all of the injuries I sustained while working there.
