It's not easy to get a compliment from any supervisor and I don't feel they trust anyone.
Support from Management
I found supervisors to be lacking in knowledge and they were not at all interested in employees input in making decisions.
I don't think co-workers were direct. They tended to go everywhere BUT the person in question.
Level of Autonomy
The more they can put on a person to do the more they do. Caseloads are unrealistic
