I feel like they often set unrealalistic goals that could not be reached. But I also understand the reason for this. And that is because not everyone had great work ethic's but I feel over all that the lead people where not give time to deal with people on a indavidual basis. And in some cases maybe just needed more training.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to show that they care more about employees and deal with these problems indavidually. And understand all people are not the same we all want to feel needed. And we all play a part in the final out come.
