There is very little trust between supervisors or employees unless there is a strong friendship between specific employees and supervisors.

During the regular shift there are at least 4 supervisors working and they can all give you orders that conflict with the other supervisors. One of the previous supervisors I had would make fun of my religion even after I asked him not to. Supervisors will try to embarrass you in front of other coworkers or other supervisors and little to nothing is done about employee harassment. Most of which is swept under the rug because upper management does not want to do proper paper work and bring attention upon the department.
