Suggestions for improvement
- There needs to be more accountability from leadership to leadership.
While the CEO truly appears to have a heart to change the company culture and values, he is rarely in the Cape Canaveral location and must not realize that the typical defense contractor bullying 'my way or the highway' is in full force
The corporate human resources department are not allied with the employees. There is no genuine personnel liaison. If an employee has a complaint or an issue, HR will always side with the management.
