This place all depends on who you know or if one of management likes you.
Support from Management
No one is on the same page. All the supervisors in my department have a different answer on a policy and then try to enforce which ever policy applies according to them. A lot of favoritism in our department.
Upper management does not distribute work fairly.
Level of Autonomy
Workload is not distributed fairly amongst workers, yet one is favored more.
