Suggestions for improvement
- Represent employees better at a union level. Not much, awesome to work for
There is a serious lack of leadership, in certain departments. The Director of contracts, as well as his managers, have no qualifications to be in their positions aside from seniority, or the more frequent kissing the bosses .... they will do whatever they please, while they enforce ridiculous rules on employees such as being written up for being a min late regardless of the issue that caused it, ex: weather, train delays, even emergencies don't qualify. I have seen people fired because of lateness of less than 5 min if it happened 3 times in 1 month. The employees aside from a select few, are not welcoming, and will look to throw you under the bus at a moments notice. It is basically like high-school.
