You recieve an occasional good job. You always recieve, you need to work faster.
Support from Management
Unrealistic goals for jobs. Makes the worker feel unappretiated and expendable.
Very little team work. It might appear you are doing a better job.
Level of Autonomy
Very little fairness in work distribution. I'm in charge and you must do all the work.
