Suggestions for improvement
- I can't think of any improvements. I am very please with my employer
Positive is the pay.. and people there are generally nice. They pay more just for showing up on time and not calling out.
The company only pays twice a month no matter how many days in that month. Forced overtime. And I had 94 hours and received .906 overtime pay not even one hour spoke to everyone and even hr and they said u can have up to 86 hrs with no overtime so I was like okay I have 94 I was sent to about 6 different people and it was never resolved. So hours are a issue.. also your OJT is no help at all you get throw to the wolves (very angry customers) which expect you to fix there problems. Which I would do but it's hard when you're not trained well in my training class which I had the highest scores in. I learned about 10% of what I needed to know. Let me say I'm no pro at computers but I am pretty good at them previous jobs college classes and can take in information quickly and it was difficult for me when I was thrown on the floor.And supervisors never want to talk to the customer so you have them screaming they want one and you just have to keep saying no. The bathrooms, break room, and your cubicle (if you call that a cubicle) all very nasty. Basically if u don't care to work in a nasty place and don't care about the customer you are helping you could work here but even your timed on the phone Everything you do is watched and you have to make sales they don't tell you that but you do also people just add things to people's accounts to make sales to get commission then they call back the next month mad because someone added it to there account.. very unprofessional job in every aspect.
