Once you make it to the sales floor, your supervisor(s) are stretched pretty thin and also required to meet quotas as well.
Suggestions for improvement
- I know you want to make it a "fun" environment, but there is a limit to how loud the music and yelling motivations should go. I don't feel very professional if I have to ask my customer to repeat themselves because you just screamed behind me, "........... GOT A BUNDLE!!!!!" Really people? If you offer the most excellent customer service, and not push so hard, you'll have more sales. Since the merger, things seem to be slipping.
