Suggestions for improvement
- The head does not know what the tail is doing. There are many good workers who get burned out covering for incompetent staff. Bonus structure is unfair and favors long time employees who in some cases do not deserve any bonus and are long time employees only because there is nowhere else for them to go. Extremely high turnover as the good people leave, management does not seem concerned with the high turnover rate.
