Support from management
They'll guide you into your position for a couple weeks, then it's sink or swim. If you sink, they will berate you, verbally abuse you, and make you feel incompetent. Very disrespectful owner.
Suggestions for improvement
- They should really stop pushing the "we're a family" factor to employees, because they have no clue what "family" really means. You don't treat your family with disrespect and when there is a disagreement, it gets solved mutually, not swept under a rug or thrown in your face.
What I like about the company
Taught me what I DON'T want in a company. Working there showed me what I now know I'm worth as an employee and when it's being taken for granted.
What I dislike about the company
Very disrespectful to employees when the employees aren't exhausting themselves and actually care about being home with their families; talks about employees behind their back in managerial meetings; nothing is ever good enough if you can't make a failing property work, it's on your shoulders. They promote you so you think you're succeeding, but it's really only so they can force you to do whatever they want, because they're "paying you the big bucks."
