The workers and support staff are good and some of the line managers help create the good culture.
Support from Management
No real direction or training. Goals were handed down without support
People want to do the best, but cohesiveness of team is missing because the management is weak and always missing
Level of Autonomy
The needs create the autonomy but its hard to function.
Needs to be positive and show that we are working to improvement, but all we see is what need need to fix.
