Suggestions for improvement
- Generic personnel evaluations attached to raises should be removed. Have job specific evaluations that tie more directly to the work each person does. And assign raises accordingly. Better communication! Following the teachings in any of the (Internal) courses given would be a good start.
I like about the employer
The University wants to be a pillar in/of the community. It wants to do good for itself and Pocatello. Most departments have resonable and good people to work with.
