If they can legally discriminate against you, your compensation is rather low. Otherwise, its about 20% less than industry standard.
This has gotten better over the years, but has been a problem for decades. More than half of Facilities staff have been exposed to something toxic due to lack of education or leaderships lack of willingness to pay protect them. Again a decades old problem. Does not reflect all of the current administration.
