Marketing Team Executieves lack communication and management skills.
Department is poorly run, over all.
Job descriptions are too broad and vague, with little understanding of the requirements for new hires.
Cronyism prevails within the department, leaving older, more invested employees ill-at-ease, with no job security, so they take on extra tasks from other departments or staff, to help secure their position.
The turnover rate and employee burn out, in this department are disheartening.
