Suggestions for improvement
- Pay employees more and have other employees on call for busy days.
What I like about the company
If your the manager you can make money through monthly bonuses.
What I dislike about the company
Management works on monthly bonus performance. This means that management over works the people they have to increase their bonuses. This burns out the employees and leads to injuries.
