Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees like real people. Take care of them and they will take care of your company. When you promise something, do it. Having someone work 4 months in a position without giving them the pay for that position is not the way to keep employees.
What I like about the company
I was hired in at a fair rate for the job I was doing initially. I met some great people over the course of my job. If you are willing to step on people there were advancement opportunities.
What I dislike about the company
The company culture does not value the employees. They shame them publicly in front of their work peers and threaten positions often. They give “promotions” and promises of raises that never actually come through.
Do what you say you are going to do. Realize that if you take care of your employees they will take care of your company.
