Practice manager has no formal training for this position. Does not include employees in decision making/ does not give good feed back/ does not investigate complaints thoroughly. Work load is to heavy for the staffing they have.
There are basically two teams / secretary support and nursing staff. They do not work together/ support staff is constantly told what they are doing wrong/ nursing staff never make mistakes/ which isn't ture
