Suggestions for improvement

  • Corporate says they care and listen to local feedback but they don’t do anything to prove that. The big cities, NY, LA, Miami, Austin get lots of love and attention.

What I like about the company

We’ve done some positive events in the community and done a lot of work and raised a lot of money for some good charities.

What I dislike about the company

Lots of upper management. We have plenty of Vice Presidents and regional directors but are short on people on the frontline. Content is very homogenized. Just because it works in one market doesn’t mean it works in all.

Suggestions for improvement

  • The culture and environment is great. It is what you would expect from a company like this.

What I like about the company

Working here, I've got to work high end events and meet great people in the process. I've gotten to mingle with the stars, compile entertainment content for viewers, listeners, and followers. A hip and awesome job!

What I dislike about the company

None, company is GREAT. Nothing I would change except maybe offer pizza

Suggestions for improvement

  • Better healthcare. Less of an obsessive focus on aesthetics (I.e let people have plants and family photos on their desks)

What I like about the company

People are very collaborative. There are perks like in office concerts that can be fun to attend.

What I dislike about the company

Upper level management needs to be more open to new ideas. The company needs to take much better care of its people—salaries are below industry standard, health insurance is terrible, and the company expects its employees to work like they’re at a startup without providing the salary or perks of one.
