Suggestions for improvement
- Corporate says they care and listen to local feedback but they don’t do anything to prove that. The big cities, NY, LA, Miami, Austin get lots of love and attention.
What I like about the company
We’ve done some positive events in the community and done a lot of work and raised a lot of money for some good charities.
What I dislike about the company
Lots of upper management. We have plenty of Vice Presidents and regional directors but are short on people on the frontline. Content is very homogenized. Just because it works in one market doesn’t mean it works in all.
