Today IKEA has a culture of fear.
Country management is unclear, to the point of dishonesty, in how it communicates. Only a handful of top country management are involved in decision making.
Used to in the past.
Not encouraged at all, in fact it is more about who you know than what you know.
Communication is presented, however relevant facts are not communicated.
leadership does not set or communicate realistic goals, the employees might feel that they are involved, but when the goals are finalized one can see that their input was not used.
it is a culture of fear
not honest in their communication
The opinion of the handful of top management is all that counsts
