Suggestions for improvement
- Some management people need to be given the boot and knock off the ego trip. HR needs to mind their own business and quit sticking their nose in the way others do their jobs. If some one needs a few extra hours to do their job just give it to them and don't act like they just committed murder.
What I like about the company
Hours can be somewhat flexible. Benefit time begins first day on the job.
What I dislike about the company
There is an unmistakable cliquish atmosphere generated by several heads of departments. Certain groups of employees are treated like royalty and others like garbage. There's never any money available for overtime or extra hours but the money seems to be plentiful when it comes to agents and senior management to take annual golf trips out of the country or for liquor, food and a well stocked kitchen. Also there is too many salaried people working way too many hours especially in light of their "37 1/2 hour workweek."
