Management was know to talk badly about employees as soon as the employee left the room.
Support from Management
Management needs to listen to employees more not just act like they are listening then talk bad about the employee once they walk out the door.
Some on the employees worked great together but for the most part we were pitted against each other like children.
Level of Autonomy
We were not allowed to make any decisions Smith out management consent. After school trips that came in were supposed to go by seniority but the sa.e people kept getting the long trips whether they were up or not.
