There's a lot of he say she say that the supervisors listen to concerning the employees, that keep a lot of conflict going on in the department. A lot of drama and stuff which keep the employees fighting with each other. The supervisor is the main problem in keeping everything going between the worker. A better supervisor whom was promote to Director is awful.
There is no teamwork it's all about who can stab you in the back.
