Suggestions for improvement
- Competitive wages and benefits. Some realistic hope for advancement (no solution for this in sight under current operating paradigm).
- Pay people and stop wasting their time.
What I like about the company
Entry level training. They are transitioning to an LTE appointment system, which should make it clear that all positions are short term, insecure student job and not a job for a professional.
What I dislike about the company
Zero hope for advancement. Internship wages makes a standard employees earnings less than other university positions such as cafeteria server. Lack of competitive pay is a known fact industry wide and the positions have been carefully worded to not reflect the actual responsibilities, which would require a significantly greater pay scale than what is currently supplied.
