Suggestions for improvement
- more interaction from front office with employees, hire people of color to supervisor/management positions.
What I like about the company
People stay employed for many years. The company allowed me days off to volunteer. everyone is generally nice. I am allowed to further my education as well as my children for free. the company also make temps really feel like they are a part of the team.
What I dislike about the company
there are no people of color in higher level positions. I don't like the seniority system, I have been bumped from two locations because of it.
