Suggestions for improvement
- Be up front with employees about the nature of the work. Remove website content that indicates that employees will be trained on all techniques they will be asked to perform. Refrain from posting notices about promotions for corporate employees which praise their work.
What I like about the company
Salary was competitive. They have a clear and well-developed business model.
