Diverse employees, females well represented in upper management.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be up front with employees about the nature of the work. Remove website content that indicates that employees will be trained on all techniques they will be asked to perform. Refrain from posting notices about promotions for corporate employees which praise their work.
What I like about the company
Salary was competitive. They have a clear and well-developed business model.
What I dislike about the company
As a health care provider my role in the business model was to produce template-based evaluations with near-constant pressure to complete more billable units. Ethical conflicts were routine as time allocated for some types of evaluations were less than prevailing standards. I was asked many times to perform evaluations outside of my training. I had to repeatedly refuse.
