If it weren't for the entry level employees bringing a good atmosphere to work in, the place would only be a drain to work at.
They say everyone has an opportunity to get a raise, but the truth of the matter is that only once an employee leaves (probably because no raise and stuck at $10/hr for more than a year), is there more responsibility to take on. They tell you you'll get a raise if you do good work, but only if you take on additional responsibility (they don't tell you that) and the chances for taking more responsibility are few and far between because there's too many people wanting raises. So get in line.
At a $10 an hour job, this place replaces employees to cover for upper managements own mistakes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to get involved and get to know the employees which make up the company, so they know at least it's people with hearts they're taking advantage of.
What I like about the company
Offers quick and basic document managing skills to anyone with a pulse.
What I dislike about the company
When upper management gets in an important project, they ask of their employees the world: to work overtime, weekends and holidays, yet they offer no benefits, there is no appreciation, and at all other times of the year OT is tightly locked down to the point where you'll get written up if you get any without approval.
