Suggestions for improvement
- Drastic improvements to employee involvement, direct change in HR management.
Leadership has great vision of company goals, but poor personnel skills.
Top leadership has excellent vision for the company's future... unfortunately, the same vision doesn't reach to the support of the lower personnel.
The only older colleague given any respect is the founder of the company (and holder of the patents on which the technology is built. The respect is mostly lip service.
Comp and benefits are normal. Time off policies are limited to what is required by Connecticut law
